2. Returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

3. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

4. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

5. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for a replacement.

6. We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
